We are currently living through absurd paradoxes: we are confronted with the fragility of our everyday structures and work routines, we have to physically isolate ourselves from each other and yet we are more globally interconnected than ever before. In this exceptional situation, the platform Work it Out wants to move people, spaces, ideas and structures independently of physical and geographic boundaries and allow them to enter into exchange in a wide variety of formats. Work it Out interweaves analogue and digital formats that embrace encounters, communication and knowledge transfer. Various forms of ENCOUNTERING, LISTENING, SHARING, (UN)LEARNING and GATHERING intersect the formats.
With the virtual platform Work it Out (since 2021), a total of 85 artists from 24 countries have been involved so far.
